MS Battle Arena is a Free Fire tournament organization app operated by MXMADOXBHAI. The platform connects Free Fire players to organized tournaments for competitive entertainment.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our app.

When you register or use MS Battle Arena, we collect:

• Full Name — for account identification
• Email Address — for login and communication
• Phone Number — for WhatsApp coordination
• In-Game Name & UID — for tournament registration
• Profile Picture — optional, for your profile display
• Payment / Deposit / Withdrawal Screenshots — as proof of entry fee, deposit, or withdrawal requests (viewed by admin only)
• Wallet Balance & Transaction History — deposit balance, winning balance, and a log of your in-app transactions
• Match Result Screenshots — uploaded by you to submit custom match results
• Report Evidence (Photos/Videos) — uploaded when you report another player for anti-cheat review
• Push Notification Token — a device identifier (Firebase / OneSignal) used to deliver tournament and wallet notifications to your device
• Locally Stored Info — if you tick "Remember my information", your name/phone/in-game details are saved in your browser's local storage on your device only

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing your tournament registrations
• Sending Room ID and Password for approved tournaments
• Displaying your profile on the leaderboard
• Sending tournament, wallet, and admin push notifications and updates to your device
• Verifying payment for entry fee, deposit, and withdrawal confirmation
• Maintaining and displaying your in-app wallet balance and transaction history
• Reviewing custom match results and player reports for fair play / anti-cheat enforcement

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

MS Battle Arena is built exclusively for entertainment. Please understand the following:

• This app does NOT process card, bank, or wallet-provider payments — it does not connect to any payment gateway
• The in-app wallet balance (Deposit Balance & Winning Balance) is a record maintained by the app; it is not real money held by MS Battle Arena
• Actual cash is paid directly to the admin via JazzCash / direct transfer outside the app, and only credited to your wallet after admin verifies your receipt screenshot
• Withdrawals are requested in-app but the actual money is sent to you outside the application by the admin
• Prize money is distributed outside the application by the admin
• All financial arrangements are voluntary agreements between participants and the admin
• Entry fees are non-refundable once submitted
• The app simply organizes and coordinates tournaments — it is not a gambling or betting platform

Participation is entirely voluntary and at the user's own discretion.

Your data is securely stored using Supabase, a trusted cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption.

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Database access is protected by Row Level Security (RLS)
• Payment, deposit, withdrawal, match result, and report screenshots/videos are stored in secure storage buckets accessible only to admins
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• Wallet balance changes are protected by server-side rules preventing direct manipulation

With your permission, MS Battle Arena sends push notifications (tournament updates, wallet activity, admin announcements) to your device using Firebase Cloud Messaging and, on the Android app, OneSignal (via the WebInto.app native bridge). We store a device push token/ID linked to your account solely to deliver these notifications.

You can disable push notifications anytime from your device or browser notification settings — this will not affect your ability to use the app.

You have the right to:

• Access — View all data we hold about you via your profile
• Edit — Update your profile information at any time
• Delete — Request full deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw — Stop using the app at any time

MS Battle Arena uses browser local storage to maintain your login session, and optionally to remember your player information (name, phone, in-game name/UID) on your device if you enable "Remember my information" — this stays on your device and is not sent anywhere until you submit a form. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools are used. We do not track your activity outside of the app.

MS Battle Arena is intended for users aged 13 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has registered, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
